Biography
Ross Finnie was a Liberal Democrat councillor on Inverclyde Council before election as a regional list MSP for the West of Scotland, and party spokesman on economic affairs and finance.
He was born and educated in Greenock and is a chartered accountant and corporate financial adviser.
