Commercial and Charity Bookings

Thank you for considering attending our Autumn or Spring Conferences.

We take pride in providing a first class experience to all of our bookings. Each of our parliamentarians take considerable time out of their day to attend events, and visit the exhibition stands, giving you an opportunity to speak to them about your cause/organisation and gain support.

Exhibitions: Hosting an exhibition provides you with the opportunity to engage first hand with our delegates. We have an upstanding reputation that our parliamentarians, councillors, MPs, MSPs and members spend a substantial amount of time during the day talking to organisations at our exhibitions; be assured that this will allow you to create connections within our party and make useful contacts during your time at our conference.

Fringes: A Fringe Meeting is a very effective way to get your message across to a wide range of delegates. Our Fringe meetings are always well attended and you can be sure of a lively debate. The choice of topic is yours and you can be as flexible as you like on how you structure the meeting.

Observers: As an observer, you will be free to attend debates in our main conference hall, browse our exhibitions, get involved in Fringe meetings and speak to our many parliamentarians, councillors, MPs, MSPs and members.
